This is a flexible service, as its name suggests you only pay when you need to use it. This works out very well for companies who want the peace of mind and backup of a dedicated professional support service and advice when it’s needed. But they don’t ideally want to commit to a long term agreement and the associated monthly charge. This service operates on a simple hourly or daily rate and can be used for any IT or Web requirement you choose.
Managed Support Packages
We can work with you to create a bespoke support package that covers all your requirements and ensures your IT and Web Function is as protected as you need it to be. These packages will ideally be tailored for each business and will involve a monthly commitment.
